Soon 2 Come
In the near future we will be offering to our customers Paint With Pearl custom pearls, flakes and candies. These are the same products used on some of my builds such as the '67 Impala SS 427 Pro Street and the '69 Chevelle prepainted body pictured to the left. Paint With Pearl custom paints can be used on models, 1:1 cars and anything else that needs unmatched color and effect. Paint With Pearl Products are guaranteed to work with any kind of paint or powder coat without any adverse reactions to your paint or powder. They are sold at wholesale prices that are many times less than the big name brands. We invite you to shop around and compare. If you like HOK products you will like these flakes, pearls or candies and you will love the price. Forget about spending hundreds or even thousands on paint supplies. Use Paint With Pearl. In the near future I will be adding a few new models for your viewing pleasure. These will include a Race Car Trailer by Revell. This trailer will be used to haul my '55 Bel Air Pro Street model and will be painted to match. Of course this trailer will be pulled by the the '72 Chevy Pickup also featured on this site.
Another model I am working on is the old Revell 1967 SS396 Chevelle. I can't seem to make up my mind on this one. At first I built it box stock. Then I made it into a street machine but kept the stock paint job. A couple of years later I took it apart again, hopped the rear end up and added bigger tires. Then I gave it a custom paint job as pictured below. Well its back to the drawing board. I am now going to tub the rear end to allow it to accept even larger tires. I also want to add a roll cage and heat the engine up a little more. Hopefully I'll be satisfied with it the forth time around.
The third project that I am working on is the Testors '71 Hemi 'Cuda Pro Street. This car has also been around the block a couple of times. I built it box stock the first time and painted it black with flames. A while ago I repainted it a dark metallic blue after one of my sons knocked it off of its display and damaged it. Below is a picture of it after applying Brandy Wine and Platinum Silver Crystal ghost flames using Paint With Pearl. This time around it will be a street machine using the wheels pictured. Maybe.
I am working on another '67 Impala. As you may have guessed, I am pretty fond of this car. This Impala will tow a trailer that will carry the '67 Impala 427 Pro Street shown on this site to the races or shows. I opened the doors and trunk as well as modified the front and rear suspensions. I'm souping up the engine and exhaust too. This is my first nail polish build and I must say the results so far are positive. This build is being detailed on my Works in Progress page.
All of these builds will feature LSM products.
